Mastering Time Management for ADHD Entrepreneurs: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Tips

"If you build a business to take over your life, you will have a business that will take over your life. However, if you create a business that is specifically designed to support the life you want to live, you're going to end up with a business that supports the life you want to live." - Katie McManus, Brave Business Coaching

As a business strategist and money mindset coach, I have helped entrepreneurs who have ADHD and are struggling with time management. In this episode of Weeniecast, I share my experience and offer daily, weekly, and monthly practices that can help take ownership of your time and create a business that supports your lifestyle.

Owning Your Time

Let's name that taking control of your time as an entrepreneur is essential to creating a balanced, successful business that aligns with the life you want to live.

Designing and implementing effective time management strategies foster a sense of accomplishment, satisfaction, and personal well-being. And boy do we all need that in our lives, yes?

As ADHD entrepreneurs we need to recognize the value of our time, eradicate time-wasting activities, and focus on tasks that propel their business forward.

In this episode, I, Katie McManus share my own experiences of initially being available to clients at all times, which led to chaos and feelings of overwhelm.

By restricting client booking times to specific days, I was able to allocate more time to focus on other tasks. I'm here to help you figure it out so you can do the same!

Daily practices

Integrating daily practices that cater to mind, body, and spirit is crucial for entrepreneurs. Effective daily practices include setting daily goals, working on physically active or relaxing activities, engaging in mindfulness or meditation, and dedicating time to personal growth. There are three non-negotiable daily practices I suggest to all ADHD entrepreneurs.

This episode that's all about ADHD time management mastery, covers:

  •          Master the essential daily, weekly, and monthly time management practices for entrepreneurs.

  •  Strike a balance between personal and professional time by prioritizing both in your schedule.

  •  Boost your productivity by limiting client bookings to specific days for increased focus.

  •  Discover the significance of nurturing your mind, body, and spirit through self-care routines.

  •  Leverage the power of a supportive community to propel your business to success.
