Let's have a heart-to-heart about something that affects many of us: social media addiction.


Yep, it's a real thing, and as business owners with ADHD, we need to be mindful of its potential pitfalls.


Here's the deal: social media can be both a blessing and a curse. It offers us opportunities to connect, showcase our work, and engage with our audience. But it can also become a slippery slope, leading us down a rabbit hole of seeking external validation through likes and comments.


It pulls our focus away from our primary goals and can seriously hamper our productivity.


Instead of pouring our energy into creating meaningful content and connecting with potential clients, we find ourselves anxiously refreshing our feeds, waiting for that dopamine hit from engagement.


We need to break free from this cycle. 


We must prioritize activities that directly contribute to our business growth and client acquisition.


Let me be clear: I'm not saying to abandon social media altogether.


It's about establishing a healthy relationship with it.


We must avoid tying our personal value and self-worth to social media engagement and results. Instead, let's focus on self-awareness and what truly matters.
